Welcome! I appreciate your interest in the professional consulting services provided by Sandberg Consulting.
In 2023, I seized the opportunity to start my own consulting firm, operating solo. My aim is straightforward - to grow, network with, and serve project owners, consultants, and contractors who share my values of respect, honesty, integrity, and safety.
I am a project manager with over two decades of experience in the environmental consulting, oil & gas decommissioning, and utility construction industries. I've had the privilege of leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams on various sized projects. Throughout my career, my roles evolved from driller's helper, field technician, and field geologist to environmental professional, health & safety liaison, construction manager, and project manager.
I spent half of my career managing well plugging and abandonment (P&A) projects for operators of various sizes, including government-funded orphan well initiatives. I also gained invaluable experience as a project manager for a large northeast utility's gas complex construction group, leading large teams to successfully execute capital delivery projects.
What I enjoy most about my work are listening and learning, problem solving, building and engaging with strong teams.
One of my priorities is to remain connected to the field, where I began as a driller's helper and technician. The real-world experience and insight that comes from spending time in the field can be applied to every aspect of project management. I thrive on solving problems and being part of the solution. Above all, I value meeting and collaborating with professionals who take pride in their work and show mutual respect for one another.
