Contractors are an important part of the project team and offer invaluable insight into the real world challenges and solutions that often play out on the ground during project execution.  They are often the first ones stakeholders go to when there's a problem and sometimes the last ones to get recognized during a project's success.  

At Sandberg Consulting we recognize the value and tough job contractors have on a project.  Having worked for an environmental drilling contractor early on in his career, as well as providing project management support for contractors on well plugging and abandonment projects, Josh Sandberg understands the inside operational workings of contractors and how important it is to be prepared, nimble, and organized for all the changes and challenges that emerge in the project scope.  

In addition to specific project support, we offer operational management and process improvement services.  We are able to identify shortfalls and gaps in operational performance by evaluating company structure, processes, and resources and asking how operations can be streamlined operations through process improvements, cost tracking, and improved resource coordination and logistics.
